<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for molding a polymer resin molded article, the polymer resin having a high crystallinity, capable of manufacturing the polymer molded article with a high degree of a shape and by a relatively simple process. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, the pressure in a cavity 15' surrounded by a fixed mold 12 and a movable mold 13 constituting a mold 11 is elevated so as to make the pressure in the cavity 15' higher than the atmospheric pressure, and this high pressure condition is kept. When a melted liquid A' of a crystalline polymer resin containing a foaming agent is injected and filled into the cavity 15', and core-back of the movable mold 13 is performed so that the polymer resin in the cavity 15' is molded while it foams, the core-back is started when the melted liquid A' is under a supercooling condition, and at a specified timing during the core-back, the pressure in the cavity 15' applied in advance is released so that by generating an extension strain at a speed of at least a critical extension strain speed to the melted liquid A' in the cavity 15', the polymer resin foams at a foaming speed so as to crystallize the melted liquid under an orientated melt liquid condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
