<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve acquisition of the current time based on the standard time radio wave in a short time with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An invalid bit detection unit 31 identifies an invalid bit from a predicted waveform data pattern, and an exception bit which is to be excluded, by adjustment of a bit length, from subjects to be compared. An error count calculation unit 32 compares: a sample value of a valid bit after the adjustment, which value is derived by excluding the invalid bit in the predicted waveform data pattern and the exception bit; and a corresponding sample value of an input waveform data pattern, so as to count the number of errors that indicates mismatch of the sample values. A matching determination unit 26 calculates a deviation of a base time BT based on the head position of a predicted waveform data pattern that shows a minimum number of errors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
