<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of controlling an operation power point of a solar battery so as to follow an optimal operation power point of the solar battery properly. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 200 includes a control part 250 that controls an operation mode for outputting an electric power by controlling an operation power point of a solar battery 11 and a learning mode for performing learning for each measurement condition by measuring an operation characteristic of the solar battery 11. The control part 250 calculates a control parameter used for control of the operation power point of the solar battery 11 based on the operation characteristic of the solar battery 11 for each of the measurement conditions in the learning mode.
