<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which improves scorch resistance and can reduce rolling resistance of a tire when vulcanized and used as tire tread rubber. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tires is prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. of a diene-based rubber with 10-100 pts.wt. of silica and 1-15 pts.wt. of a silane compound represented by general formula (I), wherein R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>each represents a 1-12C linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl group; n is an integer of 1-12; and Y represents a 1-18C divalent alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl group, or a structure represented by general formula (II), wherein m is an integer of 1-6; p is an integer of 2 to 8; and X represents O or S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
