DEVICE FOR RESTRICTING AND CONTROLLING SUSPENDED LOAD UNDER TRAVELING OF HYDRAULIC SHOVEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for restricting and controlling a suspended load under the traveling of a hydraulic shovel which can achieve a function of the suspension of the load under traveling in addition to a function of the stationary suspension of the load.

SOLUTION: The device for restricting and controlling the suspended load under the traveling of the hydraulic shovel includes: a changeover switch 22 for changing over a second gear traveling changeover solenoid valve 21 from a second gear side to a low gear side by turning on a traveling load suspension mode switch 24; amplifiers 26, 28 for amplifying detection signals from a boom rod pressure sensor 10 and that of a boom bottom pressure sensor 11; changeover switches 25, 27 for changing over both sides of the boom rod pressure sensor and the boom bottom pressure sensor to sides of the amplifiers; and a controller 12 for taking in amplified signals from respective amplifiers, calculating the load when the hydraulic shovel travels with the suspended load and outputting an alarm signal when the calculated load exceeds the preset and rated suspended load in the case of the stationary suspension of the load.
