The present invention relates to a gas burner (1) which receives the primary air required for combustion from under the oven or stove surface. The inventive gas burner (1) comprises at least one pool (2) having at least one gas inlet duct (3) and at least one injector, at least one burner (4) having at least one central chamber (5) and at least one peripheral chamber (6) that is located more outwardly relative to the central chamber (5), at least one fixing member (7) which is fixed to the burner (4) from thereunder and comprises a central duct (8) that enables the gas output from the injector to reach the central chamber (5), at least one central flame crown (9) which surrounds the central chamber (5) and through which the gas is output, inner and outer circumferential flame crowns (10, 11) surrounding the peripheral chamber (6), combustion conduits (12) which are located on the end part of the flame crowns (9, 10, 11), and where the combustion takes place, at least one central flame cover (13) which covers the central chamber (5) and is placed over the central flame crown (9), at least one circumferential flame cover (14) which covers the peripheral chamber (6) and is placed over the inner and outer circumferential flame crowns (10, 11), and at least one oven/stove surface (16) onto which the pool (2) is fixed. |
