Each microcell (Mi,,j), in the photosensor matrix (F) contains an amplifier element (Vi,,j), which is connected to the avalanche photodiode (Di,,j), in order to obtain and evaluate the time signal (t) directly from the microcell. Said amplifier element (Vi,,j) is used as an amplifier which activates a general trigger signal line (TRIG). Independently of this, the charge signal (Q) is obtained by integrating the current (I) from the avalanche photodiodes (Di,,j) over time (t). |
