<p>The present invention discloses a player mechanism. The mechanism comprises a rack (1) for moving a disc in/out, a small mechanism (2) for reading the disc, an optical head (3) and a mechanism for horizontally moving the optical head, a tray (4) for carrying the disc and a mechanism for moving the tray in/out, a first motor (8) and its driving assembly, a second motor (9) and a power transfer mechanism. With the driving assembly and the power transfer mechanism, the first motor (8) drives the optical head (3) to move horizontally and the tray (4) to move in/out. The second motor (9) drives the disc to rotate. With the present invention, the whole player mechanism only uses two motors, and thereby production cost is greatly reduced due to removing one motor.</p> |
