The present invention provides a system including a method and a product for finding and displaying an optimum arranging design of the machinery and processes based on the formation of manufacturing cells. First, an initial design group is generated using an artificial neuronal network for performing the arrangement; the evaluation of the designs of the group is performed by a simulator; then the classification of the designs of the group is carried out considering the evaluation and the plurality of priorities and restrictions; a part of the classified designs of the group is selected so as to generate a novel group considering the selected designs; the evaluation step is repeated until finishing with the total generations. Once the cycle has finished, the optimum found design is selected, which is the optimum design according to the evaluation and plurality of priorities and restrictions. Finally, the product resulting from the optimum arranging design of the machinery and processe s based on manufacturing cells is obtained, as well as information about the behaviour based on the simulation of the machinery and processes of said design.
