<p>Provided is a ground fixture that is fixed to a substrate by a flange section and an elastic engagement leg, maintains conduction between the substrate and a chassis arranged facing same using an elastic conduction member, and comprises: a main body comprising the flange section, the elastic engagement leg, and a spacer section; and the elastic conduction member supported by the main body. The lower end section of the elastic conduction member extends to below the flange section and is grounded to the substrate. The upper end section of the elastic conduction member extends to above the spacer section and is grounded to the chassis. Therefore the allowable range for distance to the substrate can be increased to enable compatibility with a plurality of distances to the substrate.</p>
