PURPOSE: A slant pipe forming apparatus is provided to improve workability and productivity by automatically pressing, bending, and welding pipes. CONSTITUTION: A slant pipe forming apparatus comprises a pressing unit, a bending unit, and a welding unit. The pressing unit has a pressing part which is moved up and down by a lifting cylinder and presses a metal sheet(1) into a curved shape. The bending unit has bending members(21a,21b,21c,21d,21e) which are formed in pairs on the left and right sides thereof, wherein the curved lines formed on the outer peripheries of the bending members have different diameters. The bending members are rotated by a drive motor(24) and moved from side to side by laterally moving cylinders(26) and press the metal sheet from lateral sides to form a slant pipe(2). The welding unit has four cylinders to support the pipe from top, bottom, and lateral sides so that the pipe can be transferred to the right position and welded.
