<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounter and a motor control method in the component mounter which can attain compatibility of both surely preventing overload state and maintaining/improving operation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In a motor control method of a component mounter, if a load factor becomes more than a preset reference load factor based on a rated load of the motor while detecting and monitoring loaded condition of the motor by a load detection part, load reduction processing that changes a drive parameter prescribed by combination of rotation speed and rotational acceleration of the motor is performed so as to reduce the load factor at a preset reduction rate Δp1. If the load factor is not more than the reference load factor during a process that is continuously performing a component mounting work in such a state that the load factor is reduced, a load factor recovery processing that changes the drive parameter is repeatedly performed so as to gradually increase the load factor at a preset recovery rate Δp2. Then, when the load factor becomes more than the reference load factor again, the load factor is restored to its next previous state and the load factor is set as a fixed drive parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
