<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device which can increase the optical output easily and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: An LED light-emitting device 10 comprises at least one LED chip 11, a housing 12 to mount the LED chip 11 thereon, and more than one kind of translucent members 13, 14 having different refractive indices.
