PRODUCT INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow down suitable combinations of components and present them for a Web visitor in a stage in which the Web visitor 13 does not determine use of components of a three-axial actuator yet although the whole specifications of the three-axial actuator are determined.

SOLUTION: A Web input window to which a Web visitor 13 inputs design specifications with respect to a plurality of specification items of the three-axial actuator is presented to the Web visitor 13 (S80). Combination of related components of three axes of a product satisfying the design specifications are narrowed down in a narrowing-down manner taking business or technical experience of a seller of the product into consideration (S81). A safety coefficient and a travel lifetime when the Web visitor 13 selects a desired combination out of a plurality of narrowed-down combinations are computed based upon data and design specifications of respective components of the respective combinations using an index computing expression taking the business or technical experience of the seller into consideration (S82). A Web window including the plurality of narrowed-down combinations and indexes associated with the respective combinations is presented to the Web visitor 13 (S83).
