<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic menu with which high convenience and reduction of costs can be achieved by also utilizing IT technologies while utilizing a printed matter of paper, etc., like a conventional menu. <P>SOLUTION: An order processing system 40 is provided which includes a terminal device 50 that a customer utilizes, an electronic menu 10 and a transceiver 60 which exchanges data with the terminal device 50. The terminal device 50 includes an RFID reader function 51 which reads page information, article number (menu number) information and amount information of a menu ordered by the customer from the electronic menu 10 in which an IC tag is embedded, an output function 52 which outputs the read information, and a transmission function which transmits output-confirmed read information.
