摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable composition that produces a back surface protective sheet for a solar cell having excellent adhesion force between sheet-like members and wet heat resistance, not causing poor appearance by occurrence of foams in an adhesive layer and delamination in a high yield at a low cost and in excellent productivity (aging is not needed). <P>SOLUTION: The urethane resin (C) containing a (meth)acryloyl group is obtained by reacting a diol component (A) that essentially comprises a diol component having a carbonate structure but not contains a (meth)acryloyl group with a polyisocyanate component (B) that has a (meth)acryloyl group and two or more isocyanate groups.
