TAPE STICKING DEVICE AND TAPE STICKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape sticking device and a tape sticking method in which attachment accuracy of a segment of an ACF tape to a substrate can be enhanced by supplying a tape member stably regardless of the residual quantity of the tape member.

SOLUTION: Rotation angle ϕ of a reel 23 is detected when the reel 23 feeds a tape member Tp corresponding to the length Ls of a segment 4S of an ACF tape 4. From the rotation angle ϕ of the reel 23 thus detected and the length Ls of the segment 4S of the ACF tape 4, winding radius R of the tape member Tp wound around the reel 23 is calculated. The reel 23 is rotated with a smaller rotation speed W for the larger winding radius R of the tape member Tp thus calculated.
