<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base fixture structure which secures a wider bonding area and improves bonding strength, and to provide a physical quantity sensor including the base fixture structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a base fixture structure, a substrate (base) 11 is placed on a connector housing 13, and a bonding surface of the substrate 11 is bonded to a bonding surface of the connector housing 13 to fix the substrate 11 to the connector housing 13. The substrate 11 includes a through hole for a boss (injection path) 11b for supplying an adhesive to the bonding surface of the substrate 11 and an inlet port of the injection path which is formed on the bonding surface of the substrate 11. The connector housing 13 includes recessed parts 19 opening on the bonding surface of the connector housing 13. Each recessed part 19 is formed so as to have a region where an opening of the recessed part 19 faces the inlet port with the substrate 11 placed on the connector housing 13 and a region covered with the bonding surface of the substrate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
