<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specialize original processing control for a shift position of a change lever, and to reduce the poor maintenance of an electronic control device. <P>SOLUTION: When the shift position of the change lever is changed and a shift position determination part 3 passes the next first shift position without detecting it and detects the next second shift position based on shift patterns stored in a storage part 4, a passing shift position determination part 5 outputs a shift position detection signal of the second shift position.
