The method involves forming a semi-finished product (12) provided with plastic by handling device (48). The formed semi-finished product is moved partially into an injection mold tools by handling device. The handling device of semi-finished product is released. The semi-finished product with thermoplastic portion is provided by injection mold tools. An independent claim is included for composite component.
