PURPOSE: A device and method for manufacturing sacred relics provided to get sacred relics having a natural coloration effect and manufacture the sacred relics of various sizes and shapes completely melt the cremated bones. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing sacred relics comprises a molding unit, a jig unit(220), and a melting unit. The molding unit compresses cremated bones into a shape of a ring in which the central part is bored and a compressed molding product of the cremated bones is formed. The jig unit is formed into a shape of a concave plate shape so that the compressed molding product is seated in the central part of the jig unit. The melting unit having a plurality of flame holes comprises formed in the upper part of the joint unit. Flame passes through a part where the inner circumference of the jig unit and the outer circumference of the compressed molding product while melting the upper part of the compressed molding product so that the lower part of the compressed molding product is melted at the same time. At least one between a rotating projection(221) and rotating groove successively rotating from a center part of a lower end to an upper end along the inner circumference of the jig unit are formed so that the flame radiated from the jig unit respectively generates a vortex phenomenon in the upper and lower parts of the compressed molding product. |
