APPARATUS AND METHOD OF PRINTING PATTERNS CONTINUOUSLY FOR FILM

PURPOSE: A continuous pattern printing device for a film and method thereof are provided to reduce a time forming patterns on a film by actually printing continuous patterns and to enhance the productivity when manufacturing the film where the patterns are printed on. CONSTITUTION: A continuous pattern printing device for a film comprises a slit die nozzle(210), a printing roll(220), a roll type pattern plate(230), a supply roll(270a), a back-up roll(280), and a recovery roll(270b). The slit die nozzle supplies ink. The printing roll comprises a blanket on a surface and the ink is supplied on the blanket. The pattern plate is arranged to contact with the printing roll and a plurality of projections is supplied on the pattern plate. The supply roll supplies a film. The back-up roll is supplied on other positions different from the position where the pattern plate is arranged and controls the film to contact with the printing roll. The recovery roll collects the film. Some ink are projected on the pattern plate while the printing roll rotates and the residual ink forms patterns by being projected on the film.
