PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT (DRM) KEY OF BLU-RAY DVD PLAYER

A production management method for Digital Rights Management (DRM) KEY of a Blu-ray DVD player is disclosed. The method includes two parts of DRM KEY setting and DRM KEY uniqueness verification; the verification adopts a computer to connect to an assembled Blu-ray DVD player, receive the internal DRM keys information of the player, upload it to a database server and compare it with cryptographic keys and encrypted contents saved in the database server to realize the uniqueness verification; prior to the assembly of the players, the method also includes a step of the Media Access Control (MAC) address verification; the MAC address verification adopts a computer to read out the MAC address saved in the mainboard of the Blu-ray DVD player, upload it to the database server and compare it with the saved data to verify the uniqueness of the MAC address. The automatic management of the Blu-ray DVD player DRM KEY, especially the way of DRM KEY automatic verification, is realized, the time of DRM KEY verification is greatly reduced, and the productivity is improved, while the possibility of the error of manual verification is avoided.
