PURPOSE: A Lactobacillus fermentation apparatus with a refrigeration function is provided to heat and cool a refrigerant through a thermoelectric element and to produce a large amount of Lactobacillus-fermented milk. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus fermentation apparatus(100) comprises: a Lactobacilus fermentation storage tank(110) for storing and fermenting Lactobacillus; a discharge nozzle(120) which is mounted at the lower portion of the storage tank and discharges fermented Lactobacillus; a lid(130) for opening/closing the upper portion of the storage tank; a stirrer for stirring Lactobacillus; a refrigerant container(150) which is mounted at the outer circumference of the storage tank and has a space for containing the refrigerant; a thermoelectric element for cooling refrigerant; and a controller(190) for controlling a driving pump and the thermoelectric element.
