Present invention belongs to network technology field, in particular to a method of p2p video communication implemented on a web page, which includes the following steps: a user accesses to a web page, then a flash is loaded, web page script calls a flash interface to connect to a socket server; the flash connects to a stratus server to get a key, and monitors to received messages; the flash sends a user name and the key to the socket server for reserving; source user flash and target user flash directly establish a connection by the key; the source user and target user obtain video source of local cameras respectively, and send the video source to each other through the established connection, at the same time, obtain video stream of the opposite side, and display the stream. The method can realize a p2p-based video communication on the web page, which not only greatly reduces operators' bandwidth costs, but also greatly improves fluency of video communication between users. |
