<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spray device constituted of an emergency stop mechanism which surely stops the supply of a thermal spray material and oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal spray device 2, a hopper 21 for storing the thermal spray material is connected to a mixing port 223 of an ejector 22, a supply hose 24 is connected to an output port 222 of the ejector 22, an oxygen supply line 23 is connected to an input port 221 of the ejector 22, oxygen supplied to the ejector 22 is mixed with the thermal spray material from the hopper 21 through the oxygen supply line 23, and the thermal spray material and the oxygen are supplied to a lance from the ejector 22 through the supply hose 24 in a mixed state. The thermal spray device 2 is also constituted of the emergency stop mechanism 1 which is composed of: an emergency closing valve 11 with the oxygen supply line 23 interposed therein; an oxygen branch line 12 which is branched from the oxygen supply line 23; a hose detection valve 13 connected with the oxygen branch line 12; a pressuring line 14 which connects the hose detection valve 13 and the emergency closing valve 11; and an oxygen exhaust valve 15 arranged on the pressurizing line 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
