<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service quality of a mobile communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 1A according to an embodiment comprises: a radio communication unit 100 configured to perform radio communication; a network communication unit 240 that receives control information about a communication state with a neighboring base station from a neighboring base station 1B by communication between base stations using an X2 interface; a measurement unit 210 that measures a radio signal received in the radio communication unit 100 from the neighboring base station 1B; and a control unit 220 that controls its own transmission parameter using the control information received in the network communication unit 240 by the communication between base stations in combination with the measurement result of the measurement unit 210. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
