<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be filled up with a large quantity of the content, wherein a spout forming seal is formed by connecting with an upper lateral seal. <P>SOLUTION: In the packaging bag wherein vertical seals, a bottom lateral seal, and an upper lateral seal are formed on heat-sealing surfaces of heat-sealable films facing each other, the spout forming seal connected with the upper lateral seal and not connected with the vertical seals is formed on a filling-up part surrounded by the vertical seals, the bottom lateral seal, and the upper lateral seal.
