<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation of a driver of a desired image processor in installing a driver of an image processor in an information processor. <P>SOLUTION: In a system where a plurality of image forming apparatuses 1 are connected with a user terminal 2 via a network, the user terminal 2 makes a transition to the state for installing a driver, notifies the plurality of image forming apparatuses 1 of the state transition, receives device setting information transmitted from at least one of the image forming apparatuses 1 in response to the notification, and installs the driver on the basis of the device setting information; and the image forming apparatuses 1 output the information for displaying an installation confirmation screen in response to the notification of the state transition of the user terminal 2, generates and transmits the device setting information according to user's operation for the installation confirmation screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
