<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator which can give control to maintenance operation that eliminates the need for a worker to move using stairs during maintenance work. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator has an operation controlling section 1 that performs operation of an elevator car 3 at a first operation mode and a second operation mode at which the operation is restricted compared to the first operation mode, an elevator call registering section 2a that registers a call for the elevator, an internal elevator car destination floor registering section 7a that registers the call for the elevator car, and a checkup switch 8 that changes over the first operation mode and the second operation mode. When the elevator car is called while the operation of the elevator car 3 is performed at the second operation mode, the operation controlling section 1 moves the elevator car 3 to a designated floor designated by the call for the elevator car, and then, when the elevator is called at a bottom floor, moves the elevator car 3 to the bottom floor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
