<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reducing the size thereof, and consequently saving the space and reducing the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The yarn-winding device includes a base frame 100, a bobbin holder 200 arranged in an upper part in the base frame 100 in a substantially horizontal state in the width direction, a bobbin holder driving motor 205 arranged below the bobbin holder 200 in the base frame 100, a traverse device 300 arranged below and near the bobbin holder 200 in the base frame 100 in a substantially horizontal state in the width direction, and various kinds of rollers 400 arranged on a lower front face of the base frame 100.
