The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an antibody capable of recognizing cofilin-1 protein specifically or a fragment of the antibody; and a method for detecting and testing gastrointestinal cancer, which comprises measuring cofilin-1 protein immunologically using the antibody or the fragment thereof, and which has high detection performance. A immunological cofilin-1 protein measurement method is characterized by measuring cofilin-1 protein or a fragment thereof in a sample using at least two anti-cofilin-1 monoclonal antibodies or fragments thereof which can specifically recognize different peptide regions located in the amino acid sequence constituting cofilin-1 protein.
