Disclosed is diagnostic device for diagnosing the liver status. The diagnostic device comprises an NO sensor (10) and a data output unit (24). The NO sensor (10), which is allowed to be in contact with liver cells constituting the liver, detects the concentration of NO that is produced in the liver cells. The data output unit (24) outputs data for diagnosing the liver status on the basis of the NO concentration that is detected by the NO sensor (10). The data output unit (24) can output, for example, a graph showing change in NO concentration, said NO concentration being detected by the NO sensor (10), with the passage of time. |
