[Solution] An agent (2) for external application is sandwiched between a film-like base material (3) and a film-like cover material (4), the formed product is folded on itself with the cover material (4) inside, and the superposing margins of the four layers of the folded product are closed by heat sealing, the superposing margins being located at the outer periphery of the folded product, the four layers consisting of the base material (3), the cover material (4), the cover material (4), and the base material (3).</p> |
