PURPOSE: A vehicle seat which has a foldable headrest is provided to make a passenger feel comfortable since it can be unfolded at a range of 180 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat comprises a front seat sheet(20), a back seat sheet(30), and an ascending and descending module(S). The front seat sheet is composed of a first seat and a second seat(22) which can be backward folded by a connector. The back seat sheet comprises a seating area supporting the rear side of the second seat when the part, from which a headrest of the second seat is removed, rotates. The ascending and descending module are arranged in the lower surface of the first seat. The ascending and descending module is elevated within the height of the first seat.
