A circuit for driving solenoid valve is provided to improve a malfunction of a fist MOSFET by reducing overvoltage when a voltage over 30V is generated. A circuit for driving a solenoid valve includes a first MOSFET(51) supplying a voltage of the battery(B) to the solenoid valve(50), a second MOSFET(52) controlling the solenoid valve, and a MICOM(53) controlling the first and second MOFET(51, 52). A capacitor(54) and the Zener diode(55) are connected to stabilize the voltage when an overvoltage is supplied to a battery, and a diode(56) prevents a reverse- voltage to the battery. A third MOSFET(1) cancels the overvoltage by the same voltage as the voltage applied to the 1MOSFETth drain is supplied the drain and gate terminal when a voltage supplied to the battery is applied to the source terminal.
