PURPOSE: A ventilation control system for independently ventilating separated spaces and a ventilation method using the same are provided to respectively ventilate each space according to the state of each space. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation control system for independently ventilating separated spaces comprises an air discharge unit(300) and an air supply unit(200). A guide unit is placed in the outlet port of the air discharge unit. The guide unit selectively sucks air from a plurality of inlet ports or a part of the inlet ports. A control unit, which respectively controls the amount of outdoor air, is placed in the air supply unit. A main controller is connected to the air discharge unit and the air supply unit. The air discharge unit and the air supply unit selectively confirm the air state of predetermined spaces among inner spaces by controlling the guide unit. The air discharge unit and the air supply unit control the amount of air supplied to the inner spaces.
