PURPOSE: A powder toothpaste composition containing gold particles is provided to disinfect bacteria without side effect and to prevent dental caries and gingival disorders. CONSTITUTION: A powder toothpaste composition contains 0.0005-1.0 Wt% of gold particles with a particle size of 10-200um; one or two kinds of plaque removers selected from 0.1-0.5 wt% of cetyl pyridinium chlorie, 0.01-0.05 wt% of sodium fluoride, and 0.1-0.7 wt% of sodium monofluorophosphate; an auxiliary disinfectant containing one or more selected from 0.01-0.5 wt% of triclosan, 0.01-0.5 wt% of mastic oil, and 0.1-5 wt% of propolis extract powder; one or more sweetener selected from 1.0-10 wt% of xylitol powder, 0.01-1.0 wt% of saccharin, and 2.0-3.0 wt% of sorbitol powder; and one or more excipients selected from 50.0-86.0 wt% of lactose and 19.0-75.0 wt% of silicon dioxide.
