<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealing method which achieves high productivity and suppresses heat sealing failure caused by a resin pool or foreign substances, and/or meets a stable heat sealing condition, and to provide a method for forming and filling a bag using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat sealing method, while a tubular film is held between heat sealing members of a pair of vertically movable heat sealing rolls, the tubular film is heat-sealed in a lateral direction. By an accurate control to set a sum of a circumferential velocity on an outer circumferential face of the heat sealing member and a descending velocity of the heat sealing roll to be a descending velocity of the tubular film, the heat sealing rolls and a rotary-drive source thereof are moved together, and a weight substantially the same in weight as the pair of heat sealing rolls including the driving source is synchronized with the heat sealing rolls and is moved in an opposite direction. Out of a period where the tubular film is held between the heat sealing members, a rotational speed of heat sealing roll is set to be lower and a travelling speed is set to be higher in an initial period and a terminal period, compared with an intermediate period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
