PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device, a power control system, a power control program and a power control method that can suppress power consumption before increasing a total amount of power consumption of a plurality of electric instruments.

SOLUTION: A power control device 10 includes: a storage section 102 that stores a feature of living scene of a user who uses a plurality of electric instruments and a pattern of a total power consumption in the living scene; a calculation section 101d that calculates estimated power for the total power consumption in the living scene having a specified feature based on the total power consumption pattern stored corresponding to the feature expressed by information supplied from one or more predetermined devices; and a power control section 101e that directs at least one of the plurality of the electric instruments so as to try suppression of the power consumption based on the calculated estimated power.
