<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel information distribution device and method which is capable of easily and accurately distributing personnel information which a user desires, by using an existing file possessed by the user to make a search about personnel information published in the newspaper or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The personnel information distribution device includes: a member file processing unit 102 in which member files transmitted from members are stored per member; a provided information processing unit 103 which stores personnel information provided from an information providing organization and segments a search word from the personnel information; a personnel information search unit 104 which searches for character data included in the member files on the basis of the search word and stores file names of pertinent files including character data matching the search word, in association with the search word and relevant information; and a distribution information processing unit 105 which creates distribution mail information including the file names of pertinent files, the search word, and the relevant information, and distributes the distribution mail information to members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
