<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently producing a bran powder by which savory bacteria-eliminated powder having slightly-rough palate feeling and easily applicable to a variety of use, from bran having hard tissue, unfavorable smell and also many various germs while richly containing dietary fiber and being useful as health food raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the bran powder includes once heating grain bran at ≥100°C, kneading the heated grain bran, shearing the kneaded grain bran and granulating the sheared grain bran, pulverizing the granulated grain bran and treating the pulverized grain bran with a sieving machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
