<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a moving degree compensation period within one horizontal scan period. <P>SOLUTION: An electro-optic device 100 includes a plurality of pixel circuits U which are disposed correspondingly to intersections of a plurality of data lines 16 which are divided into a plurality of blocks B, and a plurality of scan lines 120, a plurality of signal lines 18 which are disposed in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of blocks B, a plurality of selectors MP which are disposed in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of blocks B, and a drive circuit 20 which drives the pixel circuits U in a term of a horizontal scan period H. The horizontal scan period H includes a plurality of selection terms Ts (data output periods Pk) and a write period PWR. During the plurality of selection terms Ts and the write period PWR, the drive circuit controls current generation means in such a manner that a set current Is flows to a drive transistor TDR in each of the plurality of pixel circuits U corresponding to the scan line 120 which should be selected during the horizontal scan period H, thereby performing moving degree compensating operation on each of the drive transistors TDR over the plurality of selection terms Ts and the write period PWR. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
