<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a working yield in press molding of a wooden member. <P>SOLUTION: A resin sheet 120 and a wooden plate 130 are arranged overlappedly between the first mold 151 and the second mold 152. The wooden plate 130 is press-molded into a three-dimensional shape, together with the resin sheet 120, using the first and second molds 151, 152. The resin sheet 120 is separated thereafter. A crack in a bent part is restrained from being generated caused by catch or the like between the mold 151 and the wooden plate 130, by the presence of the resin sheet 120. An adhesive is arranged with a prescribed pattern in either of the wooden plate or the resin sheet, in one part of embodiments, and a folding position of the wooden plate is controlled when press-molded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
