MEDICAL IMAGE DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS, IMAGE INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of generating three-dimensional image data excellent in diagnostic function by using functional image information and morphologic information having opacity set in it on the basis of a region of interest of the functional image information; to provide an image information processing apparatus; and to provide a control program.

SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic apparatus 100 includes: an image information collecting section 200 for collecting functional volume data and morphologic volume data for a region to be inspected of a specimen; a first region setting section 21 for setting a first region for the functional volume data; a second region setting section 22 for setting a second region for the morphologic volume data on the basis of the positional information of the first region; an opacity setting section 3 for setting opacity for the second region; a three-dimensional image data generating section 4 for setting three-dimensional image data on the basis of the functional volume data or the information of the first region and the morphologic volume data in which the opacity is set; and a display section 6 for displaying the three-dimensional image data.
