<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training implement and a training method, allowing effective concentration of attention. <P>SOLUTION: This training implement 10 includes: speakers 13 generating sound for concentrating the attention; a volume button 15 receiving a change of volume of the sound before the sound is generated in the speakers 13, and not receiving the change of the sound while the sound is generated in the speakers 13; and a switch 17 receiving an instruction of the sound generation.
