DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM MONITORING CONTROLLER, AND MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM FOR POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system monitoring controller and a monitoring control system for a power distribution system which can lighten the load on a center device and a communication facility, and realize the speedup of accident processing readily.

SOLUTION: The monitoring control system monitors and controls a power distribution system with circuit breakers disposed in midway positions in distribution lines connected to a transformer in a transforming and distributing station. The monitoring control system includes a center device, and a slave station installed for each circuit breaker; the slave stations are connected with the center device by optical cables. The center device and the slave stations each have: an optical transceiver 1; a transmit and receive processing part 2; a ZB processing part 3; an ACK processing part 4; and an application processing part 5. In the monitoring control system according to an embodiment of the invention, a physical layer and a data-link layer of optical Ethernet(R) are used as low-level layers, and a network layer and an APS layer of ZigBee(R) are used as high-level layers. Between the data-link layer and the network layer, an ACK processing layer is provided.
