<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel producing apparatus which can carry out adsorption and concentration of the oil in oil-containing drainage at a low cost and in a simple way, and can manufacture fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing fuel by carrying out adsorption and concentration of the oil in oil-containing drainage is provided, wherein the apparatus manufactures fuel by feeding oil-containing drainage stored in a waste water tank 11 to a pretreatment apparatus 15 with a pump 13, removing large oil droplets in the drainage, and then feeding the oil content to an adsorption column 17 filled with talc 18 to cause the oil content to be adsorbed in the talc 18 to obtain fuel consisting of oil-adsorbed talc. A visible part 19 made of a transparency material 21 is provided at a lower part of the adsorption column 17. A marker 23 which is stuck with a colored coloring material 27 is attached on the back surface of nonwoven fabric 25 made of polypropylene which becomes transparent by the adsorption of oil, in such a way that the nonwoven fabric 25 may be in contact with an inner wall of the transparency material 21. In this way, it is possible to visually recognize the coloring material 27 when the nonwoven fabric 25 has adsorbed oil and confirm that the talc 18 has fully adsorbed oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
