An electrical power system capable of sustaining an electrical load, the system including at least one rechargeable battery, a charger configured to recharge the at least one rechargeable battery, an electric motor configured to receive electrical power from the at least one rechargeable battery to operate the electric motor, a generator configured to provide power for use by an external load and to the charger, the generator further comprising a dual core generation system with a first magnet core operating in an opposite direction of a second magnet core to increase output generated by the generator and a torque conversion system configured to connect the electric motor and the generator for rotating a magnet rotor in the generator at a rate in agreement with a rotation of the motor.
