The present invention provides a multiple-substrate LED module and an LED light bulb provided with same, comprising; a ceramic substrate on the upper portion to which an LED is coupled; a metal substrate which is stacked onto the bottom surface of the ceramic substrate; and a stacked heat-dissipating substrate which is stacked onto the bottom surface of the metal substrate.
